Hi friends! I have another great week’s worth of recipes for you! I kept it pretty healthy during the week so we can spurge and pig out over the weekend for the Super Bowl 🙂
Included at the bottom of this post is the recipe I plan to make for the big game, but I also included a link to lots of other yummy game day snacks.
Starting out the week with this stir fry meal, I make it with pork but you can use chicken instead if you prefer. I like to serve this over rice, and to make it easier on myself I use the Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice that you pop into the microwave. My personal favorite is the jasmine rice 🙂
This one is great if you have leftovers!
My friend recently told me that her son and her made this dish together and her whole family of picky eaters loved it. So I thought to share it with you all this week. If someone in your family doesn’t like guacamole, they can still enjoy the grilled chicken.
I am serving this Grilled Chicken with Bacon and Guacamole with Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries. If you don’t have an air fryer you could make Baked Sweet Potato Wedges instead.
Yum Yum! Taco Quesadillas are a fun twist on taco night. You can use ground turkey or chicken to cut a few calories if you prefer. Super simple and easy, plus a good excuse to have a side of chips and salsa with dinner!
My pick for our Super Bowl game day snack is Sriracha Maple Chicken Wings. The perfect mix of sweet and spicy make these extra special and unique.
