Weekly Meal Plan February 2

Planning what to make for dinner is sometimes a challenge.

That’s where I come in and try to help by giving you some recipe suggestions that are tried and true in my family.

I try and make pretty simple meals during the week, since I am a mother of four and work full time. This girl is a bit tired when she gets home 🙂

But on the weekends I like to make a fun game day or movie night snack.

One question I get quite often is people asking me for my time saving tricks or any advice I have to make meal planning easier.

My answer…take advantage of your grocery store pickup or delivery services! I have the app on my phone so I can easily add items to my cart any time.

Mine has a five dollar fee, but SOOOOO well worth it for the piece of mind and stress relief it gives me.

As I think of my other tips or tricks I will share them in these weekly meal planning posts 🙂

So here are this week’s recipes for what to make for dinner that I plan to make for my family 🙂

If I share something that you don’t like, you can check out LOTS of other recipes on my website!

Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken

If you follow my meal plan posts, you should have some garlic and ginger leftover from making the stir fry last week.

Just a few ingredients and only about five minutes of your time go into preparing this Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken.

Serve with a side of Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Asparagus for a complete meal!

Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad

This meal also only takes about five minutes to prepare!

I LOVE using the salad kits at the store with the lettuce all chopped, toppings and dressings included.

So just blacken the salmon and dinner is served 🙂

Lazy Skillet Lasagna

This one takes a little more time than the other meals this week…but still WAAAAYYYY easier than regular lasagna.

It’s all prepared in one pan for easy cleanup.

Serve with garlic bread of choice, or I linked a recipe for Air Fryer Homemade Garlic Bread.
