Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken
Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken is one of those easy recipes that’s a busy mom’s best friend 🙂
On the weekdays I want to come home from work and make a simple dinner as quickly as possible.
How to make Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken
Marinate it in a plastic gallon size bag and it’s even better…no cleanup!
Into a bag put the chicken, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
Add some crushed red pepper if you like a little spice.
Toss it all around until evenly mixed and marinate in the fridge.
When you are ready to bake it, simply lay the chicken in a baking pan lined with foil and sprinkle just a little salt over all sides.

This Garlic Ginger Chicken bakes for 45-50 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Check with an instant read thermometer to make sure it’s 170 degrees.
It comes out sticky and caramelized golden brown.
Warning: you will need a few extra napkins for this dinner, but totally worth it!

Sprinkle some sesame seeds over top if desired.
Or even some Sriracha drizzled over top would be amazing!

My son was thrilled when I served him this Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken!
And yes, he even ate every bite of his Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Asparagus.
