Whipped Honey and Goat Cheese Dip
Well, my team made fun snack recipes for our co-workers and this is what I brought…Whipped Honey and Goat Cheese Dip 🙂
Teachers need staff lunches and get togethers to survive the school year.
We NEED adult interaction in our lives!
One way my school makes sure this happens is each grade level team takes a month and provides lunch, snacks, salads for everyone else.
How to make Whipped Honey and Goat Cheese Dip
This dip could not be more simple to prepare, but it’s seems extra special and fancy.
If only they all knew how little effort this took me.
I guess now they will, but that’s okay with me 🙂
In a bowl add the goat cheese and cream cheese.
Both of these should be at room temperature. Also add the honey.
Mix with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes.
Next add some onion jam or fig jam and mix a few more seconds.
Stir in some chopped Praline pecans as well as some fresh thyme leaves.
I got these gorgeous whole Pralines…let’s just say the leftovers won’t last long around here 😉
SO good!
Finally put this dip in a bowl or on a plate and top with more pecans and fresh thyme.
Serve Whipped Honey and Goat Cheese Dip with pita chips for dipping and enjoy!
.
I would say our second grade team knows how to throw a pretty amazing little lunch party 🙂 .
Everything was so delicious and all the teachers enjoyed!
