You won’t believe how simple this recipe is to make, especially for as fancy as it looks. Balsamic Chicken would be delicious just on it’s own.
But adding the goat cheese and sundried tomatoes takes it to a whole new level.
My teenagers love goat cheese, but my 7 year old not so much.
He just ate his chicken plain, which is an easy fix to make everyone happy 🙂
How to make Balsamic Chicken with Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato
I marinated the chicken breasts in balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
This time it was more of a last minute meal, so it marinated about 2 hours.
I have marinated it overnight before and it is slightly better.
I have also used this marinade for boneless skinless chicken thighs and it’s extra good!
A few minutes on the grill, maybe like 5 minutes per side, and you’re chicken is done 🙂
Just take a second to appreciate that gorgeous, caramelized color!
Literally all that’s left to do is top balsamic chicken with creamy goat cheese crumbles, tangy and sweet sundried tomatoes, and some fresh basil…dinner is done.
I had some glaze left from making Balsamic Asparagus Puff Pastry Wraps.
***shown below and highly recommend that by the way***
So I drizzled some on top.
It’s not needed, but gives is more balsamic flavor.

This balsamic chicken recipe would be great with…
Grilled Caesar Salad served on the side
This Flank Steak Caprese is similar, and also uses this glaze.
Quite possibly one of my favorite grilled chicken of all time.
One of my all time favorite appetizers.
And super easy to make.
