
Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Potatoes
Making Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Potatoes is an easier recipe in my opinion compared to baking them.
They are done in half the time and it frees up the oven in case you needed it for dinner.
Who doesn’t love a side dish of crispy, golden brown potatoes to go with dinner?
Anyone?

How to make Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Potatoes
I have a pound of redskin potatoes, and I love leaving the skins on.
Dice them into about one inch pieces and add some olive oil and seasonings.
You could totally switch things up and add literally any seasoning you prefer.
This time I went with fresh rosemary since I have some growing in my garden.
A little garlic powder because….well, garlic is just amazing on everything 🙂

Toss it all around in a bowl with kosher salt and pepper and that’s just about all the work.
The air fryer will do the rest!

Place these gorgeous, seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
No stressing if it’s not perfectly in a single layer, just as close as you can get it.

Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 15 minutes.
No need to toss them or shake the basket, just leave them alone and let the air fryer work its magic.
They come out perfectly done, crispy, and delicious!
Taste for seasoning and add more kosher salt and pepper if needed.

This evening in particular, I grilled a pork tenderloin for our dinner and served these Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Potatoes on the side.
I mixed some ranch dressing, ketchup, and Sriracha as a dipping sauce for both and it was SO good!
My husband actually had some friends over working in the garage so I had to bring them a plate.
It was a hit with them also with my kids 🙂

Air Fryer Garlic Rosemary Potatoes
Potatoes crisped to perfection in the air fryer in minutes
Ingredients
- 1 pound redskin potatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- kosher salt, pepper
Instructions

Dice the potatoes into approx. one inch pieces. Put them in a bowl and add the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly mixed.

Put the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer for 15 minutes at 390 degrees.

Taste and add more kosher salt or pepper if needed.
