Air Fryer Sriracha Glazed Salmon
Air Fryer Sriracha Glazed Salmon is a ridiculously simple recipe to make.
AND, more importantly…ridiculously delicious!
I told my husband how easy it was and his response was “I’m sure it was…for YOU”
Haha, he makes jokes 🙂
But when I told him how I made it, he agreed that even HE could make this meal.
How to Make Air Fryer Sriracha Glazed Salmon
This meal feeds two.
Obviously if you are feeding more people just double the recipes to meet your needs.
Two salmon fillets and some sriracha are all we need to start.
Drizzle about a Tablespoon of sriracha over each piece of salmon, more or less according to how much spice you like.
And some kosher salt and pepper too.
Spread the sriracha over the salmon with a brush.
Then place them in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes.
Next up is the “glazed” part of this dish… brown sugar.
When recipe testing, I found that adding the brown sugar at the beginning gave more of a “burnt” addition, rather than the “glazed” that I was trying to achieve.
Adding it halfway through was perfect.
Sprinkle just about a Tablespoon over top, add more or less according to how sweet you prefer.
Another 6 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees in the air fryer and it’s time to eat!
Sweet and spicy, gorgeous glaze, crisp edges…I may have devoured BOTH if my husband wasn’t around 😉
