Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon
I made this Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon recipe and it was a hit!
How to Make Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon
The sauce is simply brown sugar, bourbon, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Sriracha, and soy sauce.

Yes, it seems like a crazy mix of ingredients, but I promise it’s delicious.
I am a sucker for anything that is both sweet and spicy.
Just bring it all to a boil and let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
The sauce is brushed on the salmon and it goes into the air fryer.

Set the air fryer for 14 minutes at 400 degrees.
I would recommend spraying the air fryer basket with some olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
It comes out all caramelized and crispy on the top…YUM!

Serve it with the remaining sauce on the side 🙂
Honestly the sauce would be amazing on just about anything 🙂
Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon would be really good over rice or cauliflower rice.
