I made Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon and it was a hit!
I’ve been kind of obsessed with my air fryer lately.
My favorite thing to make in it so far is fish. It’s super easy and it comes out perfectly cooked every time.
My husband and I made some Sriracha Bourbon Chicken Wings last week, and I thought this sauce would be AMAZING on salmon.

How to Make Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon
The sauce is simply brown sugar, bourbon, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Sriracha, and soy sauce.
Yes, it seems like a crazy mix of ingredients, but I promise it’s delicious.
I am a sucker for anything that is both sweet and spicy.
This dish has that perfect flavor combo 🙂
Just bring it all to a boil and let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
The sauce is brushed on the salmon and it goes into the air fryer.
It smells so good as it simmers away!
Set the air fryer for 14 minutes at 400 degrees.
I would recommend spraying the air fryer basket with some olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
Silly me, I forgot, and had some slight sticking.
It comes out all caramelized and crispy on the top…YUM!
Serve it with the remaining sauce on the side 🙂
Honestly the sauce would be amazing on just about anything 🙂
Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon would be really good over rice or cauliflower rice.

Air Fryer Sriracha Bourbon Salmon
Salmon cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a sriracha bourbon glaze
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Sriracha
- 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 pound salmon (cut into 2 fillets)
In a small saucepan combine the brown sugar, bourbon, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Sriracha, and soy sauce. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes, whisking occasionally. (This will thicken more as it comes to room temp)
Brush some of the sauce over the salmon. Place salmon skin side down in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Note: Spray the air fryer basket first with olive oil spray for easier cleanup.
Serve with the Sriracha Bourbon Sauce on the side.
