Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon was my first air fryer salmon attempt.
I was not quick to jump on the air fryer bandwagon, in fact I was dead set against it when they first came out.
But now that I have one (well, technically borrowed from my sweet sister for now) it’s pretty awesome.
And I do use it more than I thought I would.
I gotta say it was a huge success!
This girl right here is a sucker for anything sweet and spicy.
So honey and Sriracha seemed like the perfect combo for this salmon dish.
How to Make Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon
I simply combined honey, Sriracha, and soy sauce…that’s it!
Complicated is overrated, right?! 😉
First, marinate the salmon in some of this sauce for just about a half hour and set the rest aside for dipping.
You don’t want to marinate fish for too long or it will get kind of tough.
Next, spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray prevents sticking and makes for an easier cleanup.
Then, place the salmon in the basket, skin side down.
Next just set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon comes out kind of crispy on the outside, with a gorgeous caramelized color, and moist in the middle.
Serve it with the remaining sauce on the side!
This would be really good served over cauliflower rice too 🙂
