Salmon cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a sriracha bourbon glaze

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps Sriracha
  • 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 pound salmon (cut into 2 fillets)
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan combine the brown sugar, bourbon, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Sriracha, and soy sauce. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes, whisking occasionally. (This will thicken more as it comes to room temp)

  2. Brush some of the sauce over the salmon. Place salmon skin side down in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.

    Note: Spray the air fryer basket first with olive oil spray for easier cleanup.

  3. Serve with the Sriracha Bourbon Sauce on the side.
