Air Fryer Caribbean Jerk Salmon

Share Post
Air Fryer Caribbean Jerk Salmon may be one of the most simple meals I’ve ever prepared.
Literally just a few minutes to season the salmon, pop into the air fryer and dinner is ready!
It’s healthy and flavorful as well.
This dish can also be made in the oven if you place the salmon on a baking sheet.
But I love my air fryer because I don’t have to wait for it to preheat and I don’t have to get out a baking sheet.
How to Make Air Fryer Caribbean Jerk Salmon
First, mix together soy sauce and clove of finely minced garlic together in a bowl.
You could also use garlic paste or garlic powder if you prefer.

Then brush this mixture on all side of four salmon fillets.
These fillets still have the skin, but it easily peels off after cooking.

Next sprinkle the salmon fillets with your favorite Caribbean Jerk seasoning.
I am using the jerk seasoning from Savory Spice.
Savory Spice has a wide variety of seasonings, spice blends, sauces, and gift packages for people on your gift list who love to cook.

Place the salmon in the air fryer, skin side down.
And set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
No need to check on it or flip it, easy peasy 🙂

You can easily slide a fork between the salmon and the skin and the skin will peel away easily.
And I find using a spatula to remove them works great.
Serve Caribbean Jerk Salmon with lime wedges to squeeze over top 🙂
