Bang Bang Chicken Kabobs
This time around I am transforming regular chicken into something spectacular… I give you this recipe for Bang Bang Chicken Kabobs, my friends!
Bang bang sauce is just magical, like everything you put it on instantly turns into the BEST food ever!
I have made my fair share of bang bang dishes such as Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp, Bang Bang Chicken Wings, and Bang Bang Salmon.
Each time I have used mayo or light mayo.
This time I mixed it up and used nonfat Greek yogurt and I think I like it even more!
The sauce is made by whisking together mayo or nonfat Greek yogurt, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha. So simple!
How to make Bang Bang Chicken Kabobs
For the chicken cut 2 pounds of chicken breasts into inch size pieces and put them into a gallon size plastic bag.
Add soy sauce, garlic, and two spoonfuls of the bang bang sauce.
Then massage the bag until evenly combined and marinate in the fridge, preferably overnight but at least for an hour.
Usually I add some sort of veggie to my kabobs.
But keeping it simple this time around and just putting the chicken onto four kabob skewers.
Then onto the grill that I preheated to medium high heat.
Turn the kabobs a few times and brush with more of the bang bang sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
They take about 10 minutes total.
Serve the Bang Bang Chicken Kabobs with the remaining sauce and prepare to be amazed!
I served ours with cauliflower rice and a salad kit from the store (my easy go to for side dishes around here).
.
With the leftovers, make a few meal prep bowls with the chicken over cauliflower rice and the sauce on the side.
Planning ahead with making extras is something I do quite often and it’s a great time saving trick!
