Buckeye Cheesecake Dip

So I just made this amazing recipe for Buckeye Cheesecake Dip 😉

My beautiful friend makes the absolute BEST buckeyes.

Hand dipped balls of sweetened peanut butter dipped in melted chocolate.

And let me just tell ya, they are GORGEOUS!

Well, when I tried to make them it was disastrous.

I mean, yes, you could tell it was a solid effort of a buckeye…but more like a 5 year old made it.

With adding the cream cheese it makes it have a cheesecake-ish taste, and it’s delicious!

Super simple to make and so good with graham sticks or pretzels for dipping.

Perfect for those of us who are challenged with making beautiful looking desserts!

How to make Buckeye Cheesecake Dip

It starts with cream cheese, powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.

Use a hand mixer to blend this for about 2 minutes.

Once it’s mixed stir in some chocolate chips and peanut butter chips with a spoon.

Yes, go ahead and sample some of this yumminess!

Serve this Buckeye Cheesecake Dip with graham sticks and/or pretzels. I opted to serve with both.

You can totally make this the day before and keep in the fridge.

It is best served at room temperature though. It makes it more, ummmm, dippable 🙂
