I only do simple desserts, and this Reese’s Cup Dip couldn’t be simpler.
I love to cook, but struggle with baking anything. So this one is a perfect no bake dessert.
Plus when you dip with pretzels it’s a great salty sweet combination.
I made this for a party and it was a big hit the both the adults and kids!
I also saved some of this dip to send to work with my two teenage daughters to share with their coworkers.
I’m pretty sure I earned cool mom bonus points 😉
How to Make Reese’s Cup Dip
Simply combine an 8 ounce block of cream cheese, 3 Tbsps butter (both of those at room temperature).
Add 1 cup of smooth peanut butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
I played around with these measurements quite a few times and had my family taste test and vote on which was best. This version won with everyone.
My 7 year old thought it was pretty funny that I was actually encouraging everyone to eat more dessert.
He said he would be happy to help any other time I needed him 😉
Mix with a hand mixer for just about a minute.
Then with a spoon mix in 10 chopped up Reese’s Peanut Butter cups.
Chop up 2 more to garnish the top of this Reese’s Cup Dip and serve with pretzels for dipping.
This is best served at room temperature, making it more dippable.
So if you do refrigerate it before serving, take it out of the fridge about an hour before serving.
Another dessert like Reese’s Cup Dip that I would HIGHLY recommend is Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark (or “pretzel crack” as it’s known in my family)
No Bake Mini Biscoff Cheesecakes are always a hit too!
