Key Lime Cheesecake Dip
This year I went with a simple summer dessert recipe for Key Lime Cheesecake Dip for the big celebration in our small town.
It’s Brightfest weekend here in my neck of the woods!
I realize this is not exciting to you unless you happen to live around here 😉
We always go to our friend’s house to watch the parade, and everyone brings a dish.

It’s a light and refreshing dessert that’s not overly sweet.
It’s super easy to make and only has four ingredients.
How to make Key Lime Cheesecake Dip
This starts with a block of cream cheese at room temp, cool whip (also at room temp), powdered sugar, and key lime juice.

You can use fresh key limes, but my store was out of them so I used a bottle of key lime juice.
My very favorite was the graham cracker sticks to dip!
My daughter really loved the pineapple and strawberries.
If you are bringing this to a party or picnic, I would recommend bringing the graham cracker sticks or vanilla wafers in the box and setting them next to the dip right before serving.
I put everything on a plate and covered with foil.
The graham sticks lost a little bit of their crisp, but the dip was still a hit 🙂

Key Lime Cheesecake Dip was a hit at the party!
