Cinnamon Cheesecake Bars
These Cinnamon Cheesecake Bars were made for my daughter who absolutely LOVES cinnamon and cheesecake.
Dessert recipes are not so much my “thing” we will say.
So there was no way I was going to attempt an actual cheesecake.
I had something similar to these at a staff lunch once and tried to recreate it.
This is my lazy, shortcut way of making my own version of a cinnamon cheesecake dessert 🙂

How to make Cinnamon Cheesecake Bars
The first step is making the filling.
I have two blocks of cream cheese (at room temp), a cup of brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Beat this together with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes.

The next step is making the topping.
Again…super simple 😉
Melt a stick of butter along with more brown sugar and cinnamon.

And now we build the cheesecake bars!
Grease a 9×13 pan and lay a roll of crescent rolls flat.

Then spread the cheesecake filling (or my version of cheesecake filling 😉 ).

Next lay another sheet of crescent rolls over top of the filling.
And pour the butter mixture over top.
Bake these in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Yum!
The topping is all bubbly and golden brown!
This next part is difficult…you have to refrigerate them for at least two hours before cutting and serving them.
I know, I know…but patience is a virtue and totally worth the wait!

Cut the Cinnamon Cheesecake Bars once they are cooled and enjoy.
