It’s time to share recipes for a spring themed meal plan!
When I think of spring I think fresh…lots of bright flavors like lemon, colorful veggies, and of course grilled food!
I think I’ve got all this covered in this week’s spring themed meal plan.
Sweet Lemon Chicken
A little sweet, a little brightness from the lemon makes this chicken dish extra special!
Sweet Lemon Chicken has just a few ingredients and can be made with any bone in cut of chicken that you prefer.
Might I suggest Orzo with Almonds as a side dish? Or some Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Zucchini! YUM 🙂
Shrimp Cobb Salad
A healthy, crisp salad with lots of fresh ingredients screams spring.
This Shrimp Cobb Salad is a great dinner idea and is also perfect for prepping a few extra meals throughout the week.
Grilled Mexican Chicken
Can’t have a spring meal plan without using the grill of course.
A simple marinade that’s BIG on flavor takes regular grilled chicken to a whole new level.
Grilled Mexican Chicken would be great served with some grilled corn on the cob as well.
Brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper and it has the same cook time as this chicken.
Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
My meal plans always include three weeknight meals, and also a fun weekend recipe.
This week’s fun weekend meal is Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings.
These can be done on the smoker or in the oven 🙂
