Skyline Chili Cheese Coney Dip
Skyline Chili Cheese Coney Dip is a fun appetizer dip recipe perfect for cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals with Skyline chili!
If you don’t have Skyline chili where you’re at, no problem… just add your favorite canned or leftover homemade chili.
I originally made Blackstone Griddle Cheese Coney Dip over at my If You Give A Girl A Grill site where I share all outdoor cooking recipes, but had many requests on how to make this without a griddle.
So, here ya go!

How to make Skyline Chili Cheese Coney Dip
First, preheat a large cast iron skillet (or large oven safe skillet) to medium.
Add cooking oil of choice and some diced hot dogs.
Cook the diced dogs for 5 to 7 minutes, mixing a few times.
To the skillet add some chili powder, a cream cheese block, a can of Skyline chili, shredded cheese, and diced onions, yellow mustard, and/or hot sauce if desired.

Do not stir just yet.
Place this in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Stir together and add a little more cheese over top.
Leave it in the oven just until the cheese is melted.

Serve Skyline Chili Cheese Coney Dip with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for dipping!
