High Protein Caprese Dip
High Protein Caprese Dip is a healthy appetizer or snack recipe made with cottage cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and pesto served with pita chips or veggies for dipping!
My newest obsession is using blended cottage cheese and other healthier ingredients to recreate some of my favorites that are guilt free, lower in calories, and packed with protein.

How to make High Protein Caprese Dip
Start with two cups of cottage cheese in your blender or food processor.
Then add a little pesto, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper and juuuust a splash of milk to thin out the dip a little.

Blend until smooth, which did take a little over a minute for mine.

Transfer this mixture to a medium size bowl.
Add some chopped sun dried tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.

And stir until combined.
Top this healthy dip with balsamic glaze and/or fresh basil if desired.

Serve High Protein Caprese Dip with pita chips or veggies for dipping 🙂

I had some dip leftover, and it was excellent tossed with cooked, shredded chicken for a healthy chicken salad with maximum flavor.
