Caramel Apple Pretzel Bites
Caramel Apple Pretzel Bites is an easy fall dessert recipe with alllllll the yumminess of caramel apples on pretzel bites for the perfect sweet treat!
I only do simple desserts, and prefer the no bake kind… these spend only 5 minutes in the oven just to melt the Rolos.
How to make Caramel Apple Pretzel Bites
Lay 20 pretzel snaps in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
Really, you can make as many or as little as you like.

Place an unwrapped Rolo candy on each pretzel.
And place the tray in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.

Press an apple slice over each, pushing down to smash the melty Rolos.
I used a Granny Smith apple and just aimed to cut them into similar sizes as the pretzels.

Put 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a bowl with a little coconut oil to thin out the chocolate, and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir and drizzle the chocolate over the caramel apple bites and sprinkle Heath bar bits over top right away.
Place the tray in the fridge for 15 minutes.
The lined baking sheet will help with sticking, if they do stick just use a spoon to budge them slightly and transfer to a serving plate.

Caramel Apple Pretzel Bites were soooo yummy and you just gotta love a fall bite size dessert!
I would recommend serving within 3 hours 🙂
