Salami Pepperoncini Dip
This Salami Pepperoncini Dip recipe is so easy and always a crowd pleaser at any holiday, party, or celebration.
I love bringing party appetizers that require no cooking or heating up.
This room temperature dip is awesome served with pita chips or Ritz crackers.
But side note… does anyone know if it’s “peperoncini” or “pepperoncini”… I’ve seen it BOTH with one and two “p’s” 🙂

How to make Salami Pepperoncini Dip
First put 8 ounces each of cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl along with 1/2 cup mayo.
It does help when mixing if the cream cheese is at room temperature.
Then add a little of the brine from a jar of pepperoncinis.

Next add in sliced pepperoncinis and chopped salami.

Finally some sun dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and Italian or Tuscan Herb seasoning.

All that’s left to do now is mix it together with a spoon.
This does a minute or two but it will come together.

I added a little more seasoning and chopped pepperoncinis over top to garnish Salami Pepperoncini Dip!

You can refrigerate until ready to serve with pita chips or Ritz crackers.
