Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 7 ounces diced salami
  • 6 to 8 ounces chopped pepperoncinis (plus a few tablespoons of the brine from the jar)
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 ounces sliced sundried tomatoes
  • Italian or Tuscan Herb seasoning
  • pita chips, basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients (except the pita chips and basil or parsley) in a large bowl and stir until combined. This does take a few minutes.

  2. Chill and serve with pita chips for dipping, garnigh with basil or parsley if desired.
