Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs was kind of a last minute dinner idea.
I was planning to just grill the hot dogs but it was so dang hot out, I didn’t even want to step foot outside.
The air fryer doesn’t heat up my kitchen like the oven so I went with that as my appliance of choice 🙂
Some corn on the cob and coleslaw were the perfect side dishes for a classic summer meal.
How to Make Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs
Starting out with… you guessed it… bacon and hot dogs.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each hot dog, overlapping slightly.
And I recommend using a toothpick to secure the bacon in place.
Then sprinkle all sides with your favorite BBQ seasoning.
I used these amazing Air Fryer Liners, which come with both a liner for bottom and one for the basket to make clean up a breeze!

Place the hot dogs in the air fryer basket, over the liners if using.
Then set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove them from the air fryer once the bacon is cooked how you like.
And take out the toothpicks too.
Serve Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs on buns with any toppings you like 🙂
Some of my family had their dogs just plain, some added BBQ sauce.
But everyone highly approved, myself included because not only were they yummy… it was a pretty cheap and easy meal to prepare.
I topped mine with coleslaw and BBQ sauce for an extraordinary dog!
