I kind of feel like a genius for creating this recipe for Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bombs.
I’m not trying to toot my own horn, but man oh man these are insane, you guys!
An ooey gooey cheesy filling surrounded by a light and fluffy dough topped with a garlic herb butter.
What can be bad about that, right?!
I mean, yes… not the healthiest… BUT everyone deserves a little splurge snack now and then 🙂
We had these as a side dish with Traeger BBQ Turkey Tenderloins, but they would also make a great appetizer.
How to Make Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bombs
First step is separating a package of crescent rolls and laying the triangles flat.
Then place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each one.
I just got a block of cheese and cut inch size cubes.
There was a small amount of cheese left that I saved for a yummy snack 😉
Fold the crescent roll around the cheese, sealing the edges.
Place them in the air fryer basket.
Try to leave some room between them because they will get bigger as they cook.
Set the air fryer at 380 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
As the cheese bombs cooked, I made the garlic herb butter.
Melt three tablespoons butter.
Then stir in some garlic powder and either parsley or Italian seasoning.
I also added some kosher salt and pepper as well.
Brush the garlic herb butter over the rolls.
Then set the air fryer to 380 for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Try to remain calm when you see how scrumptious Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bombs look!
I did not remain calm at all 😉
Basically I jumped up and down yelling about how amazing they turned out and my family thought I was a little crazy.
You can serve these with pizza sauce for dipping or just enjoy the cheesy goodness as they are.
