These Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbreads are quite addicting!
I have my parents come over every Friday to be my taste testing buddies when I do my recipe testing (gosh they lead a rough life 😉 ).
These got quite the rave reviews from them, and I couldn’t keep away from them.
Almost didn’t want to share with the husband when he got home… but I did because he’s pretty awesome 🙂
How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbreads
I often take a classic dish and turn it into something else using the same ingredients.
This one has the traditional ham, swiss, chicken, and dijon mustard that you would find in chicken cordon bleu.
I am adding the mozzarella for maximum cheesiness and putting it all on a Stonefire naan flatbread.
I got two of the flatbread packages, two come in a pack to make four flatbreads total.
Put 3/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup dijon mustard in a bowl and mix until it’s combined.
And spread on all of the flatbreads.
Then two slices of swiss on each.
I just cut them so they fit.
Then some deli sliced ham and cooked, shredded chicken.
I keep Shredded Chicken for Meal Prep on hand to use in dishes just like this.
Or a rotisserie chicken from the store will work too!
Next up is the shredded mozzarella cheese.
For cooking options, you can place them on a baking sheet and place in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Or, if you have a Traeger or pellet grill… use it!
Set the Traeger to 375 degrees and place the flatbreads right on the grill grate for 12 to 15 minutes.
Extra wood fired flavor, my friends, will make these even more delicious!
Melty cheesy ooey gooey-ness is what you want.
A little parsley makes Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbreads even more spectacular!
I sliced them into smaller pieces with a pizza cutter to make them easier to enjoy.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbreads
Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbreads can be baked in the oven or cooked in your pellet grill for extra flavor, an easy to make fabulous dinner
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 packages Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in each package)
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup diced deli ham
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Put the mayo and mustard in a bowl and stir until combined.
Put the four flatbreads on a tray or baking sheet. Evenly spread the mayo mustard over each flatbread.
Add two slices of swiss cheese to each flatbread and top each with the chicken, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
Cook according to one of these methods:
Oven: Place the flatbreads in a 375 degree oven on a baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.
Traeger/ pellet grill: Place the flatbreads on the grill grate of your Traeger/ pellet grill preheated to 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve with parsley sprinkled over top for garnish if desired.
