Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas

Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas

Everyone loves pizza night for dinner, right?! Especially when mixing things up with this recipe for Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas!

Not one complaint was said when I told my family what was for dinner.

They were a little intrigued with whole biscuit part of it though.

Basically just take a tube of jumbo biscuits, roll them flat, and when cooked you have a light and flaky pizza crust.

We kept toppings simple with just pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

But the sky is the limit for getting as creative as you’d like with your toppings đŸ™‚

How to Make Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas

Unroll the tube of jumbo biscuits and roll them flat with a rolling pin.

Then brush one side with olive oil.

And place them oil side down in the air fryer basket.

Then brush the top side with more olive oil.

My air fryer fit 4 biscuits at a time.

So I did make them in two separate batches.

Poke them with a fork a few times.

This will help them stay flat instead of puffing up in the center.

Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 3 minutes.

Then flip them with a spatula.

And set the air fryer to 370 for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove the crust to a cutting board or tray to assemble the pizza toppings.

Of course they will be hot so be careful and possibly let them cool a minute.

I rolled mine a bit more flat with the rolling pin.

A little pizza sauce, lots of mozzarella cheese, and some pepperoni go over top.

I cut my pepperoni because I didn’t have the cute mini pepperoni.

Sprinkle some kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to make them extra yummy đŸ™‚

And back into the air fryer at 370 for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Check after a minute to see if any topping got blown off.

I lost just one pepperoni and simply put it back in place.

Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas

Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas are simple, but that flaky, buttery crust makes pizza night extra special đŸ™‚
