Air Fryer BBQ Bacon Ranch Chicken
This Air Fryer BBQ Bacon Ranch Chicken recipe is easy, has just a few simple ingredients, and most importantly it’s INSANELY DELICIOUS!
My kids and husband highly approved of this air fryer dinner and are already requesting it again.
Fine by me because it was so simple and painless to prepare 🙂
How to make Air Fryer Bacon Ranch Chicken
First cut 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 4 to 5 pieces each, about 2 inch size bites.
You can use chicken breasts, but they may not be as juicy and tender as the thighs.
Put them in a bowl with a packet of dry ranch seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper.
Then toss until evenly coated.
Cut some slices of bacon in half.
And wrap each half slice of bacon around each chicken bite.
Then place them seam side down in the air fryer basket.
And sprinkle your favorite BBQ seasoning blend over top.
Set the air fryer to 380 degrees for 16 to 20 minutes.
Cook time will depend on your air fryer brand and how you like your bacon cooked.
The bacon will get crisp on the top.
But, full disclosure, the bacon on the bottom isn’t very crispy, however it is fully cooked and delicious.
We are not fans of super crispy bacon so this worked out well for us 🙂
Serve Air Fryer BBQ Bacon Ranch Chicken with BBQ sauce or ranch dressing for dipping if desired 🙂
YUM!
We had some leftover and I warmed them in the air fryer for a perfect leftover lunch the next day.
