Air Fryer Teriyaki Steak and Broccoli
A complete, healthy air fryer recipe is what I am sharing today… Air Fryer Teriyaki Steak and Broccoli!
It’s pretty simple too with just a few ingredients.
You could add a microwavable pouch of Jasmine rice to your meal if you’d like.
And I highly recommend some store bought yum yum sauce for dipping 🙂
How to make Air Fryer Teriyaki Steak and Broccoli
First cut a pound of steak into cubes and put them in a gallon size plastic bag.
I used strip steak, but sirloin or ribeye would be excellent choices as well.
Then add 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, a tablespoon of soy sauce, and some fresh minced garlic.
Massage the bag until coated and marinate in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.
Then add the marinated teriyaki steak to one side of the air fryer.
And cut a broccoli crown (which is way smaller than a bunch) into florets and place in a bowl.
Toss them with a little more of the teriyaki sauce.
Then add the broccoli to the empty side of the air fryer.
And a sprinkle of kosher salt and pepper on both the steak and broccoli.
Set the air fryer to 380 degrees for just about 7 to 9 minutes.
While your meal is cooking in the air fryer, get that yum yum sauce ready 😉
I added some sesame seeds over top, but that’s optional.
Air Fryer Teriyaki Steak and Broccoli is a tasty meal for two!
So yummy, easy, and healthy… makes for the perfect dinner!
