Totally picture me saying this in my Steve Harvey, Family Feud voice 😉 .
(SO easy)
And for anyone who is lucky enough to eat it
(SO delicious)
My 7 year old even asked for triple helpings of the green beans, which get deliciously crispy and crunchy in the oven.
And my daughter went on and on about how flavorful the chicken was.
How to Make One Pan Honey Mustard Chicken and Green Beans
One pound of green beans, trimmed and cut in half along with two chicken breasts.
Cut the chicken in half lengthwise to make 4 thinner chicken breasts go onto a lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with chicken with kosher salt and pepper.
The honey mustard sauce is super simple as well.
Mustard of choice (yellow, dijon, or I used whole grain), honey, and mayo whisked together in a bowl.
Coat the green beans in the honey mustard and top the chicken with some honey mustard also.
Save the rest to serve on the side at dinner.
Some panko breadcrumbs go on top of each chicken breast for some crispy crunchiness 🙂
Into the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
And set the broiler to high during the last minute for an extra crispy crunch, and dinner is served!
This One Pan Honey Mustard Chicken and Green Beans leaves hardly any cleanup which gives this dish some extra bonus points!
