Whiskey Mustard Pork Chops

I’m not sure what’s better than Whiskey Mustard Pork Chops.
Plus it’s a great excuse to buy a nice bottle of whiskey and drink what’s left, right?!
I mean, no one likes wasting leftovers 😉
Three simple ingredients transform regular old pork chops into the most delicious dinner ever…whole grain mustard, brown sugar, and whiskey!
How to make Whiskey Mustard Pork Chops
Equal amounts of the mustard, brown sugar, and whiskey go into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes and it creates a glaze that’s out of this world delicious.
I used Jack Daniels, but any whiskey or bourbon would work just fine.
Bonus points that your kitchen will smell AHHHH-MAAAAZING as this sauce boils away.
I took a trip to our local butcher shop and they had smoked pork chops, which was their specialty, so I obviously had to try them.
The smoked pork chops are basically already cooked, but grilling them gives flavor.
It also warms them up perfectly and creates a nice glaze to the sauce.
If you don’t have smoked pork chops, any pork chops would be perfectly perfect.
This glaze would also be so so good on chicken or steak.
Brush a little glaze over the pork chops, grill a few minutes on each side and this delicious dinner is done.
I kinda wish I could make Whiskey Pork Chops seem more complex, or like I really had serious cooking skills…but really that’s all there is to it!
