Air Fryer Breakfast Sandwiches are an amazing recipe to keep on hand 🙂

It is so fun coming up with new recipes using my air fryer.

Especially when they make mealtime so much easier!

Making bacon or sausage in a skillet is something that just isn’t much fun in my opinion.

But making them in the air fryer is easy peasy!

This is the one I use, click below to order from Amazon!

How to make Air Fryer Breakfast Sandwiches

Most of the work for the breakfast sandwiches is done in the air fryer.

Start with some thawed breakfast sausage patties in the air fryer basket.

Set it to 390 degrees for 15 minutes.

Bigger sausage patties may need another minute or two, but for these 15 minutes was the perfect time.

Remove the patties and place on paper towels to drain the excess oil.

Turkey sausage patties would be a great substitution if you’re trying to save a few calories and fat.

While the sausage patties were cooking in the air fryer, I made some eggs for the sandwiches.

I beat four eggs and added some kosher salt and pepper.

Pour them into a skillet over medium low heat with some butter.

Flip after a few minutes and remove from the skillet. Cut them into four pieces.

For these I used bagel thins, but english muffins would work too.

Lay the bottom part of the bagel or english muffin in the air fryer basket.

Top with the sausage patties, egg, and a slice of cheese.

Put the tops on each one and set the air fryer at 390 degrees for a few more minutes.

The cheese will get nice and melty and the bagel or english muffin will crisp to perfection 🙂
