I thought it would be perfect to try on a flatbread with some fresh peaches, well…Peach and Burrata Flatbreads were even more amazing than I had hoped 🙂

The first time I had burrata cheese was in New York while eating in Little Italy (pictured below).

It’s a soft, creamy cheese similar to fresh mozzarella.

I have baked these in the oven, but this time around I decided to smoke them in my Traeger Grill/Smoker.

Both recipes are below depending on which way you prefer to enjoy them.

How to make Peach and Burrata Flatbreads

I’m not so much of a make my own crust kind of gal…I’m in general more of a take whatever help from the store I can get type of cook.

So I am using Stonefire Naan flatbreads. They are usually my go to for flatbreads!

Naan Bread

First step is brushing them with olive oil.

The burrata cheese comes in a container with liquid.

Remove the balls of burrata cheese from the liquid and tear them into smaller pieces.

And put them onto the Naan flatbreads along with a ripe peach that has been sliced.

If baking these in the oven, bake the Naan bread by itself for a few minutes to crisp it up before adding the cheese and peaches.

The peach being ripe is key because it brings more sweetness.

Then sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

On to the Traeger set to 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

And if baking they will go into a 400 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes (since the crust was prebaked already).

Once they are crisped and full of melty cheese, drizzle with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.

Whoa! Just look at those gorgeous Peach and Burrata Flatbreads!

And yes…they taste just as fabulous as they look!
