Many requests have been made for an air fryer weekly meal plan.
So I’m guessing lots of you got air fryers over the holiday season 🙂
Welcome to the club, friends!
I sure do hope you love your new air fryer as much as I love mine.
It’s so nice to pop something into the basket and not have to worry about finding a pan or dish, no worries about waiting for the oven to preheat, and it cooks so much faster than the oven.
These are just a few reasons why I love mine so much.
So this week’s meal plan is all air fryer recipes.
I have also included cooking instructions for those who don’t have air fryer…yet 😉
This air fryer weekly meal plan includes three new recipes and a fun weekend recipe. Here ya go…
Burgers are made super simple when cooked in the air fryer.
Simply place them in the basket and no need to flip them at all.
You could grill these burgers or cook them in a skillet over medium heat if you don’t have an air fryer.
We are having these with a side of fresh fruit and some chips.
This dish takes minutes to prepare and dinner is served in no time.
In my opinion, the steak is extra juicy in the air fryer.
We are serving this with Bob Evan’s Mashed Potatoes.
No shame in taking a little help from the store, am I right?!
Cooking salmon in the air fryer is a game changer for sure!
It comes out perfect every time. You could certainly serve this with regular rice as if you’re not into cauliflower rice.
I am also serving this with one of those salad kits from the grocery store.
For this week’s fun weekend snack, we have a recipe that my son came up with.
You could deep fry these for a minute or two, but lots of saved calories and just as much crunch if you air fry them.
