Apple Walnut Flatbreads

My husband shocked me when I told him all about Apple Walnut Flatbreads and he said he couldn’t wait to try them.
I seriously thought he would turn his nose up at these flatbreads.
“Ummmm…honey, do you realize there’s no meat and I’m basically putting fruit on your pizza” was my response and he said he trusted me.
Well, alrighty then 🙂
He loved them, as did the rest of us!
Stonefire Naan Flatbreads are one of my new ingredient obsessions.
They come two in a pack and are perfect for making flatbreads.

How to Make Apple Walnut Flatbreads
For these I started with brushing a little olive oil over top.
And baking them just like this for 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven.

When you remove them from the oven they should be slightly crisp.
Top with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles.

Then diced apples and candied walnuts, and back into the 400 degree oven for 5 more minutes.

The last step is a drizzle of honey and some arugula.
Use a pizza cutter to cut into smaller pieces and dig into these Apple Walnut Flatbreads!
Cheesy, sweet, a little bite from the arugula, and the salty blue cheese makes this flavor combo outrageously delicious 🙂
