Apple Walnut Flatbreads have a unique blend of flavors with sweet apples and honey, salty blue cheese crumbles, and a peppery bite from the arugula!

Ingredients
  • 2 packages Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 come in a package)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 to 3 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 to 3 ounces candied walnuts
  • 1 apple diced
  • 2 ounces honey
  • 1 1/2 cups arugula
Instructions
  1. Place the Naan Flatbreads on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil and put in a 400 degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes.

  2. Top the flatbreads evenly with the mozzarella cheese, blue cheese crumbles, walnuts, and diced apple. Place back into the 400 degree oven for 4 to 5 more minutes.

  3. Drizzle the flatbreads with honey and top with arugula.
