Air Fryer Boneless Wings
My husband and I enjoyed this recipe for Air Fryer Boneless Wings last night and he even commented that it felt like we went to a restaurant.
And oddly, it really did!
I made some frozen crinkle cut fries and we did eat these out of baskets lined with parchment paper, which perhaps added to that restaurant feel.
I even fed the kids already so it was just the two of us, having our own little date night right there in the kitchen.
These wings were a guilt free indulgence thanks to the air fryer!
Setting up a little breading station just like this will make this process go smoothly.
How to make Air Fryer Boneless Wings
Cut a pound of chicken into bite size pieces.
And mix some flour with kosher salt and pepper, and beat an egg in a separate bowl.
And now you’re ready to bread the chicken.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and then into the seasoned flour.
Then right into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
A little spray of olive oil cooking spray right over top and set it to 390 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
Shake the basket halfway through cooking as well.
This will prevent sticking to the basket.
Once the chicken is cooked and crisp, toss with your favorite buffalo wing sauce.
I put mine in a Tupperware bowl with a lid so all I had to do was shake it to get them completely coated.
We enjoyed our Air Fryer Boneless Wings with ranch dressing for dipping and some celery on the side.
