Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil cooking spray (I used Pam)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup buffalo wings sauce (depending on how much sauce you prefer)
  • Optional: ranch dressing, celery
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into inch size pieces.

  2. Add the flour, kosher salt, and pepper to a bowl and stir until evenly mixed. Crack the egg in another bowl and beat with a fork.

  3. Dip each chicken piece in the egg and then into the flour, turning to coat evenly. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining chicken.

  4. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, shake the basket halfway through cooking.

  5. Remove the boneless wings and place in a bowl. Add the buffalo wing sauce and toss until evenly coated.

  6. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and celery if desired.
