Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbreads
My kids always get their pizza with chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing when we order it…so I thought I would make a simple recipe for Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbreads at home.
After making Chicken Caesar Flatbreads a few days ago, I was kind of craving them again.
Oh man, you should have seen the looks on their faces when they came to the dinner table.
Just pure cheesy yumminess and not a vegetable in sight!
I got quite a few nice compliments on my version of their pizza favorite 🙂
How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbreads
You can make your chicken any way you choose…grill it, bake it in the oven, or in a skillet like I did.
I seasoned it with kosher salt, pepper, and some crushed red pepper flakes for a little hint of spice.
The flatbreads are Stonefire Naan Bread that I got from the grocery store.
They are already cooked and all they need are yummy toppings to turn them into dinner.
First brush them with a little olive oil mixed with minced garlic.
Then a drizzle of ranch dressing.
And the cooked chicken from earlier that I diced into bite size pieces.
Finally some cooked and crumbled bacon and mozzarella cheese!
These Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbreads will go into a 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
They come out smelling heavenly!
Such a quick and easy dinner that the whole family will LOVE 🙂
