
Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos
These Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos fit right in with my obsession and they are an amazingly simple and yummy recipe.
I’ve been slightly obsessed with easy chicken bacon ranch recipes lately, especially the kid friendly ones.
I’m not necessarily saying that’s a bad thing to be obsessed with though!
We made Smoked Cajun Garlic Butter Chicken over the weekend and had some shredded chicken leftover.
It was perfect for making these tacos 🙂

Another choice is making Simple Shredded Chicken for Meal Prep, or the store bought rotisserie chickens.

The only real cooking here, since the chicken is already cooked, is making the bacon.
I made my bacon in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
You could certainly make it in a skillet over medium heat for six to eight minutes.
Once it’s cooked, lay on paper towels to drain the excess grease and crumble it up once it’s cool.

I really just love the street taco size tortillas.
They are adorable and I feel like I can stuff them full and not have too much tortilla to yummy goodness ratio.
Microwaving them for a few seconds warms them perfectly too 🙂

Stuff them with some of the shredded chicken and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Then top with shredded lettuce and cheese.

And make them even more delicious by topping with fresh diced tomatoes and bacon.
Seriously, you guys have to make this!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Tacos
A super simple taco recipe that the whole family will love
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 street taco size tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tomato diced
Instructions

Cook the bacon either in the air fryer for 10 minutes set to 400 degrees, or in a skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble when cool.

Warm the cooked chicken in the microwave if needed for one minute. Also warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds.

In each tortilla add some shredded chicken and ranch dressing. Top with shredded lettuce cheese, diced tomatoes, and bacon crumbles.
