Smoked Garlic Butter Corn
Smoked Garlic Butter Corn is an easy side dish recipe, and it’s especially awesome if you’re already smoking something for dinner.
Just throw the corn right onto the same smoker or Traeger pellet grill and it’s dinner all in one!
Corn on the cob is one of life’s simple pleasures for me.
End of summer homegrown corn is my absolute all time favorite, and that’s what we have today.
Since this is homegrown corn, it may be smaller than corn you would get at the grocery store.
How to Make Smoked Garlic Butter Corn
I mixed together some melted butter, garlic paste, and Italian seasoning.

Just brush on all sides of the corn, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper and that’s basically all the prep work.
If you don’t have garlic paste then fresh minced garlic works too.
I do prefer the garlic paste though because it more evenly coats the corn. It also very convenient in the tube…no peeling and mincing 🙂

.

The corn will go onto a smoker or Traeger pellet grill set to 225 degrees.
We have a pretty large Traeger smoker so there’s LOTS of room for a whole meal.

It will smoke for about 45 minutes, so I timed mine with about 45 minutes left for our chicken and steak.
That way it was all ready at the same time.
I did turn the corn a few times.
The garlic smelled AHHHH-MAAAAZING when I opened the smoker 🙂

See….I wasn’t kidding about the size of this thing!
