For a quick, easy dinner or lunch might I suggest Air Fryer Ham and Swiss Roll Ups?
Just a few simple ingredients and a few minutes of your time you’ll have a yummy meal that the whole family will love.
Football started for my son last week, and we’ve been extra busy with school and practice.
So I was searching for some easy dinners that wouldn’t throw me into crazy panic-y mom mode…you all know that I’m sure 😉
How to make Air Fryer Ham and Swiss Roll Ups
Some ham, swiss cheese, and crescent rolls are all you need to start.
Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles, then fold a pieces of swiss cheese in half and place it in the center.
Next top it off with some deli sliced ham.
Fold the sides up over the ham and cheese.
For the mixture that I am brushing over top, melt some butter and mix in worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard.
And top with some poppy seeds.
If your kids are super picky, just brush theirs with butter and no poppy seeds.
Place them into the air fryer and set it to 360 degrees for 8 minutes.
They puff up perfectly and turn golden brown.
Some of the swiss cheese melted out of mine and onto the air fryer.
But when I picked them up the melty cheese came with it.
Air Fryer Ham and Swiss Roll Ups will for sure be made again soon, especially on our crazy, busy football practice nights!
