There are several ways of making quesadillas…in the oven, there are quesadilla makers, and my favorite way, in a skillet.
How to Make Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas
I start with a skillet over medium heat and add some olive oil.
I lay the tortilla in the pan and put the cheese and pepperoni on half of the tortilla.
A sprinkle of italian seasoning is a nice addition, and my husband likes his with some crushed red pepper for some heat.

Fold the empty side of the tortilla on top of the side with the cheesy goodness.

After a minute or two flip it over and after about two more minutes it’s ready to serve.

Crispy on the outside, cheesy ooey gooeyness on the inside!
I like to dip mine in pizza sauce.
My son likes to dip his Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas in ranch.
Whatever your dip of choice, you’ll love this easy peasy dinner idea!
