Weekly Meal Plan January 19

I feel like this week’s meal plan starts out with super healthy recipes and gradually gets a bit more splurgy as the week goes on. But honestly this is how most weeks go for me anyway…

We are starting out with two very healthy recipes that also have meal prep options.

The soup, which is the third recipe, is made in the slow cooker and is what I will call healthy-ish.

You could always leave out the cream cheese if you prefer to cut a few calories that way.

And for the fun weekend recipe we have an appetizer that includes both cheese AND bacon! You gotta live a little, right?!

Steak Cauliflower Fried Rice

My family didn’t even know this was cauliflower rice!

They may have been too distracted by the steak.

Asian Chopped Chicken Salad

This salad is simply gorgeous and what I would call a “feel good” meal.

There’s just something awesome about the gorgeous colors, crisp and crunchy veggies, and an easy homemade dressing that’s out of this world!

This is an AWARD WINNING RECIPE, friends!

Seriously it is, and I have the medal to prove it 🙂

Teachers at my school have a chili and soup cook off every year, and this soup won!

Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers

This cheesy game day snack or appetizer is not only easy to make with just a few ingredients, it’s extra yummy in the air fryer.

You could also bake them in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes if you don’t have an air fryer, though.
