Baked Sweet Potato Wedges
Baked Sweet Potato Wedges are one of the easiest side dish recipes of all time.
I like to make a dipping sauce to go with them, but they are delicious just by themselves or just with ketchup.
How to make Baked Sweet Potato Wedges
The only real ingredient here is one large sweet potato.
The rest is olive oil and some seasonings.
Cut the large sweet potato in half and then cut each half into six wedges.
So you’ll end up with twelve wedges total.

Lay the sweet potato wedges on a lined baking sheet.
Lining it makes clean up super easy 🙂

Brush all sides with olive oil and then sprinkle with cumin, cinnamon, chili powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
Then bake in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes, and flip them halfway through cooking.

It’s kind of creamy, tangy, and with just a hint of spice that pairs really well with the Baked Sweet Potato Wedges.

If you’re going for the optional dipping sauce, just mix together some mayo, ketchup, and Sriracha.
