We all have to make dinner, right?! Sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what in the world to make. Well…that’s where I come in and plan a week’s worth of recipes for you to cook. And the BEST part is these recipes make a lot so you really only have to cook three nights this week!
The leftovers from these three weeknight meals will get ya through the other nights and possibly even enough to pack for lunches at work.
And all of these recipes this week are complete meals, meaning you don’t have to figure out which side dishes to have.
Of course, as always, I have also included a fun snacky type weekend meal as well.
That’s basically my meal planning strategy that makes my life a little easier. I cook three times per week and do leftovers the other nights…or hey, sometimes we order in or go out too. Then on the weekend I plan something fun and snacky 🙂
