Cajun Lime Shrimp Kabobs

Cajun Lime Shrimp Kabobs

It’s kind of hard to put into words just how amazingly delicious these Cajun Lime Shrimp Kabobs are, and you can make them on your grill or Blackstone flat top griddle.

Cajun shrimp kabobs are good by themselves, but adding the lime in this recipe brings a nice brightness to this simple dish.

Plus I even made a cajun lime aioli for dipping that really made this dish sing 🙂

How to make Cajun Lime Shrimp Kabobs

This is one pound of jumbo shrimp that I bought already peeled and deveined.

I put them on wooden skewers that soaked overnight in water (if cooking on the griddle, soaking is not needed).

Brush the shrimp with olive oil and lime juice, then sprinkle both sides with cajun seasoning.

Shrimp cooks quick, so hang out by the grill maybe with a drink in hand?

Grill them over medium to medium high heat for two and a half to three minutes per side.

Or on your Blackstone griddle with a little cooking oil.

Use tongs to easily flip them without getting burnt.

Like, how good do these look?!

Remove them from the grill or griddle onto a tray and let them cool slightly before serving.

Cajun Lime Shrimp Kabobs

Honestly these cajun shrimp kabobs were absolute perfection on their own, but you know I love me some sauce with just about everything 😉

I mixed together some mayo, garlic paste, cajun seasoning, lime, and Tabasco sauce for dipping.

These would be an amazing meal with some rice or cauliflower rice (mmmm, especially with that cajun lime aioli mixed in) or served with a salad or veggies on the side.

They could also be an easy party appetizer.

We had some shrimp left so I put the leftovers on a salad the next day for lunch and they were even amazing cold!
