
Cajun lime shrimp grilled to perfection and served with a yummy dipping sauce
Put the shrimp on the kabobs skewers (5-6 shrimp per skewer).
Mix together the olive oil and lime juice, brush on all sides of the shrimp. Sprinkle all sides with the cajun seasoning.
Preheat your grill or Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil of choice if griddling, and cook the kabobs about 3 minutes per side. Serve with the Cajun Lime Aioli.
Mix all ingredients together and serve with the shrimp kabobs.
