Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad
Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad is an extra yummy and delicious recipe made on the grill or Blackstone griddle 🙂
Caesar salad for me is a comfort food, only because it reminds me of my grandma.
We would go to her house and have a spread of appetizers and always, always, always a Caesar salad.
This is my grandma today 🙂

These shrimp were tossed in olive oil, garlic paste, lemon juice, and some blackening seasoning.

Put the shrimp onto wooden skewers that have soaked in water for a few hours if grilling.
Then sprinkle with more blackening seasoning.

Shrimp take very little time to cook.
Just about 2-3 minutes per side on a medium high grill or Blackstone griddle is all they took.

I’m all about taking help from the store to make my life a little easier.
They have salad kits in the store, people!
Literally everything you need for a salad is right there!
Two Caesar salad kits (dressing, cheese, croutons included) go into a bowl and mix it all together… then it’s done 🙂

Finally, top each Blackened Shrimp Caesar Salad with the shrimp skewers and enjoy 🙂
