Taco Roll Ups
This Taco Roll Ups recipe surprisingly worked!
Maybe not as picture perfect as I hoped, but abso-freaking-lutely delicious!
How to make Taco Roll Ups
I rolled the crescent roll dough flat and pinched those seams together as best I could.
Sprinkle half pound of cooked taco meat and a cup of cheese.

If you do brown up a pound of meat with one of those taco packet thingys and only use half, there are lots of options for using it as leftovers.
Nachos…tacos…taco salad…taco dip etc.

Anyhoo, roll up the dough with all the yummy taco meat and cheese.
If you are lucky enough to have the seamless crescent dough, yours won’t look like it’s about ready to burst.
I was a little nervous at this point!

Miraculously they all made it on the lined baking sheet.
Some held it together more than others, but I knew they all would at least taste good!

These bake in a 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
And hey, look at this good looking fella who held it together more than a few of his friends did 🙂
Honestly none of them looked bad, some were just more uneven than others.

Top these Taco Roll Ups with whatever toppings you like.
We opted for sour cream, cilantro, and a little hot sauce.
