Garlic Butter Pizza Roll Ups could be a quick weeknight dinner, or a party appetizer recipe.
It’s a quick, simple dish that is over the top delicious!
And let’s just talk about how the garlic fills the whole kitchen with a magical aroma that would make anyone break out into a happy dance 🙂
How to Make Garlic Butter Pizza Roll Ups
Roll out some refrigerated pizza dough that comes in a tube (PS-this is not a fancy dish at all 😉 )
Sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
Then just roll it up starting at one of the wider edges.
Once it’s rolled up, carefully slice it into 12 equal pieces.
I use the knife to carefully transfer each piece to a lined baking sheet. This prevents the loss of too much cheese.
There will be some loss of cheese, but just scoop it up and sprinkle back on the roll ups.
Combine melted butter, garlic paste, more Italian seasoning, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Spoon over top of each pizza roll.
This bakes in a 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes and THIS is what awaits you!

Garlic Butter Pizza Roll Ups
A super easy and yummy appetizer or game day snack
Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 18 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 3 Tbsps melted butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- kosher salt, pepper
Instructions

Unroll the pizza crust and roll it slightly to flatten and even it out. Sprinkle the cheese in an even layer and place the pepperoni in a single layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the italian seasoning.

Carefully roll it up starting with the wider edge (example picture in post above). With a sharp knife, cut into 12 pieces. Use the edge of the knife to transfer each piece to a lined baking sheet. The knife will help keep the cheese from falling out.

Mix the melted butter, garlic paste, parmesan cheese, the rest of the italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of kosher salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture over top of the pizza roll ups.

Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
